Policies for Our Highly-Rated RV Sites in Sparks, NV

• A 10% Good Sam discount may be applied up to 6 nights.
• An automatic 10% discount is applied to all daily reservations between 7 nights and 27 nights.
• Reservations must be made in advance, the 7-day discount does not apply to extended reservations after check-in. No other discounts apply with the 10% discount.
• Active Duty Military and Veterans receive a 20% discount up to 27 nights (no other discount applies). Discount does not apply to the 28-Day rate.
• All rates are inclusive of electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and cable. Please note that we can’t guarantee satellite coverage.
• Arrival time: 1 pm / Departure time: 11 am. We apologize, but we are unable to offer late departures in the Summer months of May-September.
• Daily Deposit Policy: Total amount (including taxes and extra person fees) due at time of booking.
• 28-Day Stay Deposit Policy: The first 28-day rental amount is due at the time of booking.
• Please note – the name on the reservation must also match the credit card payment used for the reservation. Just like a hotel, we may request the ID of the guest whose name is on the reservation at the time of check-in.
• Cancellation Policy (All Rate Types): All reservations are subject to a $5 (plus tax) cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay plus tax. There are no refunds for early departures. For reservations 28 days or longer, one night collected is equal to the daily rate plus tax of a Back-In or Pull-Thru site.
• Online reservations are available for Daily and Weekly reservations. Please call our office to reserve your 28-Day Stay.
• All rates are plus tax and include 2 people. Our daily max of people per RV is 6 per site and 4 per site for 28-day stays.
• There is a 2 dog maximum per RV site. We apologize, but Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Pit Bulls are not allowed in the resort. Dogs are a fee of $25 per month per dog for stays of 28 days.
• No tents (traditional, rooftop, or in truck beds) are allowed in any of the RV Sites.
• Cable and Wifi are provided as a courtesy, but not guaranteed.
• All RVs must have installed electric and water hookups and be RVIA certified.
• Please contact the office if your RV is 10 years or older. RVs more than 20 years old are not permitted in our park.
• RVs more than 10 years old and RVs that appear to be in poor condition are subject to inspection. If the RV is not approved, we have the right to cancel your reservation, and you will be given a full refund.
