NOTICE
For each rental of less than 28 days, this business is
required by law to collect a 13.5% room tax.
All rates are for one (1) RV, one tow vehicle and two
(2) people. Each additional person = $3.00.
All RV’s must be 10 years or newer.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
Fees are paid at check-in and are non-refundable.
$3.00 an hour if you stay past 11:00AM check-out (don’
t assume your site will be available, a new guest may
be registered to come into the site you are on, please
check with the office if you wish to extend.)
Pet Policy – Pet Runs are provided, it is your
responsibility to take your pet/s to the pet
run/s.  We charge $25.00 if any employee
sees you not complying with this policy.  
(Sites, landscaped areas, roadways,
sidewalks, etc. are NOT pet runs)
Pool & Hot Tub area.

North (over the freeway) to (E. Lincoln Way) turn left
on to E. Lincoln travel about a mile ( signal light at
Marina Gateway Dr) just before our entrance, right
hand turn into the park.
or  I-80 East to Exit 19, (E. McCarran Blvd) go North
to the 3rd signal light (E. Lincoln Way) turn right
onto E. Lincoln.  Continue on E. Lincoln past the
storage facility. Sparks Marina RV Park is on the left
hand side.
