NOTICE
For each rental of less than 28 days, this business is
required by law to collect a 13.5% room tax.
All rates are for one (1) RV, one tow vehicle and two
(2) people. Each additional person = $3.00.
All RV’s must be 10 years or newer.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
Fees are paid at check-in and are non-refundable.
$3.00 an hour if you stay past 11:00AM check-out
(don’t assume your site will be available, a new
guest may be registered to come into the site you
are on, please check with the office if you wish to
extend.)
Pet Policy – Pet Runs are provided, it is your
responsibility to take your pet/s to the pet run/s.  We
charge $25.00 if any employee sees you not
complying with this policy.  (Sites, landscaped
areas, roadways, sidewalks, etc. are NOT pet runs)
